Sometime we have a major sweet tooth but unfortunately most lifestyle diseases can be linked to an over consumption of sugar. If too much of the hormone is in your body, that has a negative impact on your physical health. Here’s how you can reduce stress:

  • Talk to someone, instead of bottling emotions
