There are a lot of resources on the internet for persons who want to get healthier. From weight loss tips to special diets like keto, advice is everywhere but not all of it is easy or convenient for our busy everyday lives.

For average persons who work and take care of families, some health tips like waking up at 4 AM and working out 5 days a week may not be possible if we want to remain sane.

So for all us mere mortals, here are some relatable health tips from other average people that are worth considering.
