Easy Dutch Baby Pancake Recipe

Dutch baby pancakes are a fun and delicious take on regular pancake recipes. The ingredients for dutch baby pancakes are pretty similar to what you already know- flour, eggs, milk, vanilla, and a bit of sugar.

The main difference between these dutch pancakes and regular pancakes is the way that it is cooked. The batter has a high fat content and then you’ll pour into a hot cast iron skillet instead of frying it on a stove top. When it’s done, you’ll be left with beautifully golden pancakes that you can serve with fruits, yogurt, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
